Managing RISC© provides a realistic base for analysis and scenario work that can be emphasised to suit your organisation's particular needs.

Who Is This For?

Managing RISC© is structured as a realistic exposé of the daily challenges and issues that confront you and your mid-level managers, team leaders and supervisors.

How Does It Work?

Participants complete a memorable half-day case study analysis, complete with organisation chart and a RISC© climate survey. This is followed by case related scenarios that are modular by nature. This means that you can extend the program to suit your timetable. These scenarios are managed by syndicates of between four and six participants.

Guided by an experienced facilitator, syndicate members each experience managing, observing, and providing feedback to syndicate colleagues.
