It is this practical experience that underpins our ability to understand the challenges that your people have in their professional lives each day. Please meet some of our team members below.

 

Denis Bourke has more than twenty years of applied business experience in both the public and private sector, and for much of that time he has held senior manager and executive positions.

Denis holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is an adjunct Lecturer at Charles Sturt University, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management, a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has managed, designed and delivered more than 50,000 person days of workshop and program activities. During the last fifteen years he has published widely on a range of issues and has presented at national and international conferences.

As an advisor to the Blackwood Annexe, a secondary school for young children at risk, Denis’ work with the Blackwood Centre for Adolescent Development was recognised through an Australian Humanitarian Award in the category of Social Justice and Law. As a result of his work at Blackwood, Denis' company, the Centre for Executive Development, was named national winner of the Prime Minister’s award for excellence in community and small business partnerships.


With more than 15 years experience, Annie Stewart has coached and trained hundreds of executives and high potentials from companies in the financial services, property and infrastructure, telecommunications, insurance and aviation industries. Annie has also completed assignments for several NGOs.

Clients describe Annie's approach as rigorous and outcomes based, yet encouraging and empathic. Her style, combined with a genuine interest in people, facilitates her clients' professional and personal growth - empowering them to live closer to their own potential, with passion, creativity and courage.

Based on her PhD research, Annie published “How to Find and Follow Your Calling” which examines how leaders find, follow and sustain their purpose or calling.


Peter Crockett has over 20 years professional experience in enhancing individual and corporate performance in major corporations across both the public and private sectors.

Peter holds a Masters in Business Administration and has wide experience in management positions in both learning and development and change management. He has consulted to a range of organisations in industries that include mining, construction, aviation, financial services, energy, telecommunications and government.

This broad practical business experience enables Peter to work closely with his clients, meeting their needs and ensuring that they maximise the return on their investment. Peter has the unique ability to connect and work effectively with a diverse range and level of clients from operational staff through to senior management.


Jo Knorr is a highly regarded corporate trainer and facilitator who maintains a strong focus on empowering people in their life, work and personal journey. Jo has a successful track record in executive management roles and she has worked with public and private sector groups, both within Australia and internationally, as a management consultant, trainer and facilitator.

She has a Bachelor of Business Degree and the development and delivery of programs based on the needs of her clients has included work in the areas of innovation, diversity in the workplace, strategic planning, project management, team building, performance management, customer centricity, communication skills and presenting with impact.
